Do you have a question about one of our services or one of our products? Check out our most frequently asked questions and get the answers you need. If something still isn’t clear or you can’t find the information you need, get in touch via contacting us. We’re here to help.

How long will the hand-made chocolate items last?

As all of our hand-made chocolate products are bagged with minimal air inside and a tight seal. If the bag is unopened and air has not leaked inside the bag, the products can last up to and if not longer than 3 months. However, we do suggest a best before of 3 weeks after receiving it.

Can I place a special order?

Yes of course you can! We are always open to custom orders as we want to bring joy to peoples lives, especially through lollies and chocolates of your choice! If you are wanting to place a special order, please contact us via the contact section on our website.

Do you deliver?

At the moment we are not delivering and only accept shipping and pick up from our store. However this is something that will be considered in the near future, so check back in soon!

Do you offer pick up from your store?

Pick up is also available from our shop at Palmview, QLD. When checking out tick the pick up option and we will notify you when your order is ready to pick up. Please bring ID and your email confirmation with you so we know we aren't giving your orders away to someone else. 

Does your chocolate require refrigeration?

Unless you like your chocolate cold and do not mind the chocolate going white, please do not refrigeration any chocolate items. This will cause the oils in the chocolate to turn white, making the chocolate look "off" when in fact it is still perfect. Our best advice is to just leave it in a room temperature area or in an air tight container. Do not leave in direct sunlight, or in a room that receives a lot of sun as the chocolate item is most likely to melt.

What items can be shipped?

All of our items are available for shipping including, our handmade chocolate products and our massive range of lollies. If you are concerned about our chocolate products being shipped out, we ensure that your chocolates are sent top quality. As we use express shipping, we aim for a 1-3 business day delivery, in hope that the chocolates will not melt in transit. 

Why is shipping expensive?

As we are only starting up the online business, shipping will be quite pricey to begin with. As expected the more orders we receive, the more we can reduce the price. To add, as we use shipping boxes and express postage to send out our yummy goodies, this also increases the price for shipping. We appreciate your understanding.
