Our Shipping Policy

All the information you need about shipping items from Sweet Happiness

All of our orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We appreciate your understanding of the price to ship our yummy goodies.

We would also like to highlight that since it is a food product being sent, we only offer express postage to ensure the quality of our product stays fresh and doesn't arrive melted/not looking like the way it was shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates  

We use express postage with Australia Post to ship out all of our orders. The shipping method we use is listed blow:

  • Flat rate of $15.00

Please allow 2 or more business days for delivery after your order has been processed. 

PLEASE NOTE:

If possible, please supply a delivery address at checkout where someone will be home to receive your yummy treats as we don't want them to melt if left outside.

In-store Pickup 

You can skip the shipping fees with free lock pickup at our store "Sweet Happiness" in Palmview, QLD on the Sunshine Coast. After placing your order and selecting pickup in store at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in store pickup hours are:

  • Monday - Thursday 9am to 4.30pm

  • Friday - Sunday 9am to 5pm

*Please have your order confirmation email and ID with you when you arrive.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification form us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@sweethappiness.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges 

Any chocolate items sent via shipping are out of our control once they have left the shop. We strive to produce excellent quality chocolate products, hence when they are shipped out, we will double check the product to ensure it is top quality. However, if the product you receive is melted, that is out of our control. 

Due to this, we are unable to accept any refunds, returns or exchanges at Sweet Happiness. Sorry for any inconvenience. If yo wish to speak to us about this please contact us via debra@sweethappiness.com.au.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at debra@sweethappiness.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a. case-by-case scenario but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
